We have re-instituted the PayPal option. Please read this carefully. PayPal charges YOU a fee of 3.2% for each payment you send. It will be your responsibility to send funds in an amount that will cover your PayPal expenses. Any payment received by me which does not cover the full deposit or final payment, will be rejected.

Please review the following examples:

*For a $100 deposit, you need to send $103.50

*For a $150 deposit, you need to send $155.00

*For a $200 deposit, you need to send $207.00

*For a $250 deposit, you need to send $258.50


*If you are paying in full for the 4 night package, you should send $603.72.
*If you are paying in full for the 3 night package, you should send $562.44.
*Again, PayPal charges you the Sender, a service fee of 3.2%. To send money, click the PayPal button and put in my e-mail address of marquee2@bellsouth.net all small letters and follow the instructions. E-mail me if you have questions. marquee2@bellsouth.net

Deadlines

If you have not done so already please get your deposits in! The first deposit of half your package price due on or before February 15, 2010.  The balance will be due on or before April 30, 2010. The deadlines and responses need to be PROMPT. A deposit is actually due upon booking but we clearly do not have 80 people and some of our rates are based on a guarantee of 80 golfers. Under no circumstance will we go over the 80 golfer limit this year so the first 80 to get your deposit in, you play. When that number is reached we will place you on a waiting list (with a deposit only).

You will need to let us know by February 15, 2010 which package you will take because after that time we will not be able to make changes with the golf package operators. We need to secure the correct number of condos.

 

Lastly, as is the policy of Legends Resort, any cancellations made 30 days or less will result in a forfeiture of $$'s and 31 days or more out, 50% of package cost will be forfeited.
