One Ball off the First Tee
Lost Ball or Ball OB = Stroke & Distance Penalty Rule 27-1

If Ball might be OB or lost, hit a provisional from same spot  Rule 27-2

Water Hazards = Yellow Stakes   See Rule 26-1 a&b 

Lateral Hazards = Red Stakes      See Rule 26-1 a&b

If you play the wrong ball, except in a hazard, 2 stroke penalty applies

Rule 15b

No grounding club in hazards……………………one penalty stroke per stroke.

No rolling of balls in fairway…..you may remove balls from divots to nearest relief.

Since Handicap Index is in play, putt out all putts.

Please exercise good cart mgmt……..take an extra club or two to your ball if unsure.

Post scores at the next hole for pace of play.

RULES CAPTAINS:

A Rules Captain will be assigned to each 4-some daily. This person will be responsible for resolving any on-course rule disputes so that the pace of play will not be stalled. He will make a note of the dispute, place an asterisk by the score and the final outcome will be determined after the round. The Rules Captain is not there to enforce rules but more so to keep the 4-some moving after any dispute or discrepancy.  Each player is responsible for having a general knowledge of the rules.

SKINS POT EXPLANATION:
Skins Pot will ONLY be collected Thursday June 19th if not prepaid. For rounds 1 & 2, there will be two skins pots based on the top half golfers and the lower half golfers.  This ranking will be determined by handicaps submitted for the
tournament.  The skins pots for the 3^rd and 4^th rounds will be based on the total number of golfers who participate in skins pot for each flight. 

Those who paid $80 are entered in all rounds. Those who wish to participate in specific rounds can pay $20 per round prior to teeing off on Thursday afternoon.  All skins payments will be made after the tournament.  Checks will be mailed by Mark Hicks.

CASH PRIZES:

Cash prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishers in each flight, Net.  There will be 4 flights:  Championship, First, Second and Third, and Fourth.  Cash payouts are listed below.

The Jimmy McKinney trophy, which will be given to a player who most exemplified the spirit of the game of golf, sportsmanship and golf etiquette during the tournament.

 FLIGHTING:

All golfers will be flighted based on submitted verified handicaps.  We will be giving a cash prize to the top 4 winners in each flight based on net scores. Flights are listed below:
